1. Use of Service

NeoPDF provides online tools for processing PDF files. By using our service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

2. Accounts

You can use NeoPDF without an account with limited features. When creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

3. Free and Pro Plans

The free plan allows 2 tasks per day with files up to 50MB. The Pro plan ($3.99/month) offers unlimited usage with files up to 500MB. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Files

Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 60 minutes. We are not responsible for file loss. Make sure to download your processed files before they expire.

5. Limitations

NeoPDF is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service.
